LocalRankPro is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the EU and EEA.
As an EU/EEA resident you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), data portability (export in machine-readable format), restrict processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
We process your data under the following legal bases: Contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for), Legitimate interests (improving our service, preventing fraud), Legal obligation (financial record-keeping), and Consent (marketing emails — you can withdraw anytime).
Your data is stored on servers in the EU/US. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure adequate protection.
We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with all sub-processors including PayPal, Google APIs, and our hosting provider.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
