1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LocalRankPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LocalRankPro provides local SEO rank tracking, geo-grid heat maps, AI-powered insights, competitor tracking, and related tools for Google Business Profile optimization. Features vary by plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].

4. Subscription & Billing

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via PayPal. All prices are in USD.
Free trial: 14-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee. Requests after 30 days are at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use automated bots to abuse the scan system beyond your plan limits
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

LocalRankPro and all associated technology, content, and branding are owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your data remains yours.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of LocalRankPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalRankPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via email 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted by law.
